This review is for their customer service it's horrible it's hard to talk to a actual person they have these fake American names. They have fake phone numbers and WhatsApp I don't even know what that's for if you can't talk to nobody or chat with anyone they have eight different people emailing you back about the product it's been a whole week for me since I made a purchase and my order still hasn't been processed or shipped only thing I keep getting is every customer service support person emailing me about what they don't have at this point I would just like my money back but I can't get in touch with anybody. So this review is only about their customer service not about the actual hair because I've never gotten any hair as of yet
