“Not sure how far reaching the reviews are from the site for, probably not as influential as Google, I don't care, I'm looking for any place where I can post my experience with this company. I ordered a wig on the 12th of December I struggled with making my decision because I tend to read reviews and if the reviews are not good I will not purchase anything from a company. First of all they don't send you any tracking information, secondly they send me a message 3 days later suggesting that I buy another unit instead of the one that I purchased,using the excuse that it's being customized. I don't mind if you're out of stock that's fine, then I will choose a wig that is to my liking not to theirs. What angers me is that they're trying to soft sell me something that I don't want and don't like. These wigs are not cheap. I'm not sure about the quality, but to have to go through all this rigmarole, I could have ordered it off of Amazon, paid less and gotten it when I needed it. I'm going to meet my boyfriend's family and I'm looking like a runaway slave. Not cool! This is the telltale sign of poor customer service, you can't even call them. You have to wait till after hours to speak with a bot probably not a live person about your concerns. Again very poor customer service they're trying to cut a penny in half. Stop being so cheap and stop bombarding me with ads! All the text messages and emails, it's too much! And it's not even that great of a discount, the discounts are bs, $20 off a $200 wig tota,really?l I hope this gets out there and more people post their grievances. People work too hard to make money without somebody trying to swindle you.”

“Not what I expected.
First, the good thing is the hair is soft. It has a smell that I can't seem to wash out but it's not hard, crunchy hair. Now on to what I don't like.
1. The website does show that when you purchase curly or wavy hair, the length is determined by pulling the hair straight. I purchased a 16in wavy. It looks like it's 10in. I would recommend going much longer than what you actually want.
2. It's thin. I added a few tracks but the ends are still thin.
3. The biggest issue is the lace shows. This is my first wig and I'm very inexperienced. So, I took it to my stylist. We tried everything for nearly 4 hrs. This wig would not lay and the lace did not disappear. We had to add glue because it definitely was not like the reviews on Instagram. I ended up cutting bangs in it too make it look somewhat decent and not waste my money. But, I want to take it off. It looks so unreal.
I won't be buying again.”
“This company is a scam. They Promise 3 day shipment it’s been 3 weeks and order still not in progress. I tried to call the company, but the phone number is disconnected. This is a scam. Do not fall for the scam like I did. I’m waiting for bank to refund me my money don’t say I didn’t tell you so.”

I am very particular and cautious when purchasing online. But this experience was horrible. They wait until after you purchase to tell you they are out of stock. Although there are times when you can wait a little longer, this time was not a time where I could wait longer - and I put in an order based on when it would be here. Upon ordering, they send a text that it is not in stock and that it would be another 3-4 weeks but could not guarantee. Never again will I order from UNICE and would not recommend knowing that they do not update their availability.”
“Purchased 4 24 inch body wave bundles. They looked great until I installed them and found out they were poor quality master mix bundles. The smell while curling the hair was unbearable.”
“I purchased one of their Bye Bye knots wigs (20 inches) on September 11th for $223.15. Had the wig installed on 9/28. My hair stylist noticed the wig had an odor and washed their hair several times with professional product to get rid of the smell. After having it professionally installed the - the back of the wig constantly tangled. Fortunately for me I have had to deal with matted and tangled wigs in years. Pretty sad to pay over $200 for a wig that tangles the way as such. And the merchant refuses to do an even exchange but want to give me a wig with a shorter length (16 inches) or $45 to to have the wig repaired - there's no way to repair a wig with poor quality hair. The only thing you can do at this point is trash the wig. I'm writing in hopes to get help with rectifying this issue. Either a full refund (and I can send back the wig) or even exchange value.”
