Hi Rob
Impressive website - a few things to consider:
* should every price be listed exc VAT OR you simply put a statement at the footer of the pages. Acknowledge most customers will be VAT registered but the optics of the webpages might be less cluttered
* Payment - many businesses still use Amex as a payment method - either Corporate Card or Purchasing Cards. More expensive but you don't want to lose a customer if the payment channel isn't enabled
* Contact Us - should this be more prominent and at the top not footer?
* LinkedIn - similar to your Facebook 'like' button
* About Us - how about something around your heritage. Being around for a decade or so gives more confidence that an order will be fulfilled - you've weathered the storm of the recession, very well!
* Support - can you charge for over the phone/web support to get the customers configured and up and running. Segment between order problems and a customer not being able to follow instructions... This may be unpopular with BT customers but its making them plenty of money and value adding
* Amazon - are you thinking of joining the market place? Can you somehow optimize how you can price compare as the customers will probably do this as a matter of course
Looking forward to the beer!
Cheers
Gavin
