before buying a Rohr 160 Tig set, I enquired of your product support, did this welding set have a WP9 torch? The reply , verbatim, was "I am being told it has a WP9 torch".
on this advice I purchased the welder, which arrived, with your usual very fast service, today. On opening the box of a very good value welding machine, the second I have bought from you, the torch was a wp17, a much larger item than the WP9, I can get on with this OK, as the welder appears so good for the money, but NO PRODUCT SUPPORT is better than INACCURATE CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
