They sent my package via Hermes, who left it in the street (in a "safe place" that was literally just on the pavement outside my front door - Hermes attached a photo of it there).
It's been a week since I contacted Uniqlo about this and asked for help and so far all I've had is one email asking if I've checked whether it was actually delivered to a neighbour. Hermes have closed the case on their end because the GPS records show that the driver came to my address.
It was a £150 order and I don't feel like Uniqlo are going to make this right.
