Horrible customer service and policy!!!!!!!!! Ordered a coat. When delivered I try on for fit. It was the right size so I took the tags off. The next day I put it on and in the mirror I noticed a seeing defect that made an indent in the zipper area making the coat not smooth all the way down. I texted customer support. I got Wendel and went back and forth with him and he said he had to escalate my compliant and would get a response within a few days. But the same day, I received an email from Wendel stating that they regret that can’t do anything about. I responded again to ask them to do the right thing. Again, “we regret….” BS. Mind you, the coat was unworn and still NEW! So I made a complaint with my bank. They sided with me and refund the full transaction. There are too many REPUTABLE, CARING companies that actually care about their customers. They will never get my money again and I will tell everyone I know not to shop with them. Dive-in on the web. You can find a lot of horrible reviews but conveniently Google reviews are nowhere. Doesn’t take a genius to understand why!!!!

They have nice stuff, but don't accept product returns. They only do exchanges for equally or more expensive items. Very disappointing, I won't be shopping here again.

I purchased 4 products from Uniqlo India Online Store on 25th Oct 2024 and I recieved the products on 31st Oct 2024. However after checking the sizes we had to put all items back for return and we did so on 3rd Nov 2024. When the products reached the warehouse, one of the items from the returns was found missing and Uniqlo didnt offer refund for that item claiming that the products returned were partial and that they cannot offer any resolution. when I claimed that we had sent all items back and had also given OTPs for the return items, only then the return items are accepted back by the Pickup agent and that there seems to be some foul play by the Pickup agent who has either lost or stolen the item himself, the company is not doing anything but just sending automated responses of "we will get back to you." Its been more than 1 month of rigourous follow ups with the company but the company is not doing anything and have cheated me of my refund. I want strict action against Uniqlo India and want them to be slapped a notice of not only given a refund but an additional amount for all the negligence by their customer support and pickup partner.

I sent my daughter in law in London a jacket for Christmas and paid on my debit card here in the Channel Islands. She received it quickly but colour was wrong. After many attempts to get a QR code to send her, I gave up and she took the jacket back to your Oxford Street store. They would not change it because she did not have my debit card!!! Of course she didn’t!!! It was a gift from me. Your returns policy is terrible and I shall say that to the many people here who would otherwise like to buy from you online as we have limited shops here.

I would give less than a star. I bought online because they have a store in Seattle. Normally you can return in person. Not only is the return policy confusing it is a time suck and I have to pay to the return shipping costs!!!!!!!!! I will never order from here again.

Awful exchange/refund policy by Uniqlo and unfriendly service from the staffs. Die die must have a physical receipt in order to do an exchange. Please review and improve your refund/exchange policy. Can't locate physical receipt/misplaced means no refund/exchange can be done. Nothing!!! No solution, even with the purchase history from the uniqlo app which show date and time of purchase and from which store we bought the item from wasn't applicable. Couldn't understand why the exchange can only be done through the barcode of the physical receipt. What's the app for? So dissapointing

I have been buying their ultra stretch skinny jeans for women for over10 years. I went to pick up a new pair yesterday, to find that they no longer carry them in the store or online for women. They have been replaced with a legging pant, which obviously isn’t the same thing. Also they are only carrying wide leg jeans for women.They still however carry them for men, which I find is misogynistic at best. These jeans were a perfect fit for me and a staple for my wardrobe. Now I am forced to go on a hunt to find stretch skinny jeans else at other stores. I am very disappointed and angry about this. Needless to say I will never set foot in Uniqlo again. They don’t care about their customers since they drop items for no reason and no longer offer innovative fashion choices

Customer service is so bad. Parcel delivered by Evri and they left it in a puddle so all the item were wet. I emailed customer service and they said send photos of the wet item. The clothes are soaking wet how can that show up on photos. I then called customer service and they kept saying to me send photos which I did. Then they emailed saying send more photos. We did not resolve the issue. I kept the items and washed them . Not worth ordering online

Ordered men's down vest and received women's instead. To return or exchange, I need to pay shipping (FOR THEIR MISTAKE)!

I bought a jacket online and the zipper didn't work. I have gone back and forth with customer service doing what they want - sending photos, videos, etc., Then they asked me to return the jacket which I did and they said they didn't receive it and couldn't help me anymore. It's daylight robbery.

Awful customer service experience. I ordered a €120 coat online, expecting it to be black as described. To my disappointment, the coat was a different color. Even after providing clear pictures showing the discrepancy, customer service failed to offer a solution, leaving me responsible for the return fee. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied, and I won't be making future purchases from them.

You cannot return items ordered online to the store. There is no reason for it other than trying to manipulate customers spend more money with them. They say it's because it's a different warehouse. Funny enough you can exchange items ordered online for items from the store. Then all of the sudden a different warehouse stops being a problem. Shady.

Packaging of UNIQLO products varied from paper to plastic bags, and when I had to return items brought at shop, they examined the packaging carefully and said 'oh, this part of package is little bit damaged' and because of that they refused to accept th ereturn. It is so horrible, it is not very fair, either.

It pains me to say this but Uniqlo India is the most untrustworthy brand ever to be seen in an international market. Being an active shopper at various international brands, I would say that Uniqlo India provides the worst customer service. More you trusted the customer service, the worse the experience was. Never do I have to face such an issue with other brands like zara, manago, michael kors but Uniqlo India is terrible. Various products of Uniqlo India have shown quality worse than clothes found on the streets of Lajpat nagar or Rajouri garden. After one use you can basically throw the product because the material is made of such a degraded class of material. It seems to me like a factory of selling cheap quality with expensive prices. shame on you Uniqlo India, you should not be a part of anyone's shopping experience.

used to be a good customer of uniqlo while i was living in uk. they are terrible at customer service and they have the worst return policy ever. I bought a jacker on discount for 150 euros . I wanted to exchange if another size. they told me i need to return my it first and they purchase it from the online store at the current price. the original price is 180euros . they said "we are sorry we can't exchange ur jacket for the discounted price" if i want another size u will have to pay 180euros not 150euros the price u bought it. its the first time i get to hear that answer from a company. such a joke. I am going to get my money back . I won be giving them any money again in my life.

Couldn’t return dress shirt that had defective stitching on a shoulder, basically ripped. Customer service profusely apologized, but didn’t offer any help ( my husband threw away tag) We will take our business elsewhere from now on. Why it has to be so difficult to return? Don’t they have insurance policy for such a mishaps?
