Customer service is so bad. Parcel delivered by Evri and they left it in a puddle so all the item were wet. I emailed customer service and they said send photos of the wet item. The clothes are soaking wet how can that show up on photos.
I then called customer service and they kept saying to me send photos which I did.
Then they emailed saying send more photos.
We did not resolve the issue. I kept the items and washed them . Not worth ordering online
