Worst customer service ever.
Tracking device on website does not work.
Chat feature on website: No response for over 30 minutes.
No phone number for customer service provided on website.
Once I googled number, was on hold 15 minutes, then got an agent who was of no help. Said he would transfer me to supervisor . . . and I got disconnected.
Think I'll ever shop with this company again?
Also: Why is there no option for ZERO stars? I got ZERO service.
