I paid for 2 day shipping early last week and i got finally a shipping notification on Friday and FedEx still shows that the parcel has not been sent to them.
Also no customer service (literally zero) or option to cancel the order, this was a Christmas gift... totally unacceptable...beyond ridiculous , how do they stay in business???
