I have shopped from Uniqlo since I was living in Japan, so it is one of my favorite and trusted brands since I moved to the states. Their clothing is made of quality, although I think that in the U.S. it's a little pricey than how I remember their pricing in Japan. I'm mostly disappointed by the lack of customer service that I experienced recently by an employee named Terrence. Terrence did not help me with my situation at all, despite the fact that my package was missing. He simply mentioned that I received the package, because the postal service claimed that it was delivered. I was home all day long and did not hear the mail man stop by. They usually knock on the door when dropping off orders. I nearly spent $100 and Terrence the customer service rep would not grant me even a partial refund. My order was part of a birthday gift, so I'm pretty livid about all of this. Hopefully the dispute I filed will pull through, but now I am weary about shopping through Uniqlo's online store. Good luck at keeping your job, Terrence, because you're not fit for customer service work. Also, please don't send me a customer service survey after NOT assisting me with my issue.
