I love uniqlo products but too bad I won’t be going back anymore due to their unreasonable return policy. The worst part is, they will use their recorded surveillance video against you. Hmmm, is that even legal? I did not contest the matter as I was avoiding making a scene. I know it was my mistake opening the package (the item was bought and returned less than 24 hours) but using surveillance video for a $5 buck item, what is that? I was very disappointed.
