Online order - delayed delivery to store, "rectified reluctantly with an online 10% discount voucher which I cannot use on safari. Only discovered this after placing an order online with no option to use the voucher. Customer services team exoauned I should use Google or firefox - too late! have lost interest and will shop elsewhere. CS agent on the phone was patronising and sounded like a head mistress telling me off for using the wrong browser TERRIBLE SERVICE
