Love UNIQLO products and bought $100 worth of tops yesterday. There was a “buy 2 get 1 free” graphic tee sale but I realized that 1 hour after purchasing 2 graphic tee’s. I emailed asking if they could modify my order and add the third graphic tee (it would be free bc of the current sale) and I provided details of that shirt I wanted. Here’s their response, “... we are unable to make any modifications to your order. When placing an order we offer several opportunities to review the items, payment, and shipping details prior to submitting your order so that you can ensure the information is correct and to your satisfaction.”
That is terrible customer service! The sale is still live and I’d emailed before my order was even processed.
