Complete disaster. Please think before ordering from uniqlo. Order went through fine. Card was charged. Parcel was sent. 11 items missing!!!! I presumed they were coming separately. No second delivery. I rang uniqlo. On hold for 34 minutes. Got through and the system was down apparently. They emailed me after 6 days. Said all the items were sent in one parcel! Asked if it was tampered with. It wasn't. I waited in because the order was for £226. Have now said that 7 items out of stock and they'll refund them and re send the rest. That was the last I heard. After seeing all the reviews on here I'm not hopeful! I won't be using them again. Will have to claim through barclaycard for loses. Such an inconvenience and not a pleasant experience. If a second parcel does turn up I'll be videoing it being opened as proof this time!
