returned 5 items was only refunded for 2 have tried to contact by email five times on the Uniglo site and by telephone. seven times waiting over 30 minutes each time before giving up. Will not deal with them again and would suggest that if you are going to purchase an item, make sure you are going to keep it because their returns methods are rubbish.
