Not only did they send me the wrong item, but it has been impossible to communicate with them, they don’t reply to emails, Facebook messages or tweets, no apology or offer of exchange or correction to the problem. Finally just returned it, hoping for the best but not holding my breath… Dreadful customer service. Avoid!
