“I ordered an electric toothbrush from TradeNRG, but never received it (lost in transit). When I informed TradeNRG of this, they promptly offered a refund or replacement. I requested a replacement which arrived within days. Happy customer.”

“Claimed to have delivered but nothing came. The so called delivery left no photo of where its delivered and no means of communication Why use Amazon to deliver? I boycott Amazon hence chose you to shop with Such small items should easily have come with Royal mail”
