“I ordered 6 384 batteries but was sent 6 364 ones. I rang them and was asked to send a screen dump picture of the batteries in their pack next to the label on the bag they came in showing the order number. They messaged me to say they had despatched the correct batteries which arrived and were the right ones. So not perfect but they corrected the problem quickly. The correct batteries are good and as expected.”

“I’d like to say generally thanks to above company. First of all I found a good brand for a good money. Secondly, delivery was three days instead of 48 hours. For me it could be better to arrange it within 48 hours but not 72 hours. Otherwise it should be declared initially.”

“We have had a problem with faulty lightning cables. I chose this cable from NRG because of the protective sleeves around the connector joint. Delivery service was good and the price was reasonable.”

“I can't review the batteries as they never arrived. Not only that, but when I informed NRG I instantly received an email telling me they had arrived in that minute.Needless to say, that was not true and was obviously an automated response; all deliveries are logged here and it was not delivered - I assume it was never sent. SCAM”
