“Claimed to have delivered but nothing came. The so called delivery left no photo of where its delivered and no means of communication Why use Amazon to deliver? I boycott Amazon hence chose you to shop with Such small items should easily have come with Royal mail”

“I ordered two one meter braded cables I received two 10cm cables I communicated this but I was told that I ordered two 10cm cables why would I do that they are no use to anybody The cables start at one meter long and go up in length. There is nothing less than a meter except the 10cm cables I would avoid buying cables from this company I eventually bought three one meter cables delivered for less than this company charged me for the two 10cm cables I know I selected the one meter cables but I can’t prove it A total waste of my time and money Buyer beware”

“I can't review the batteries as they never arrived. Not only that, but when I informed NRG I instantly received an email telling me they had arrived in that minute.Needless to say, that was not true and was obviously an automated response; all deliveries are logged here and it was not delivered - I assume it was never sent. SCAM”

“odered goods only to be told order cancelled and l would received a refund in approx 2 weeks. funny how it takes time to refund when they take your money immediately plus they give no reason why the order could not be supplied. very poor service. points below can't be answered as there was no delivery”

“Sent wrong items and then hide behind the amazon terms to get it fixed. Wont be using again. Should have had jiffy bags size A3 but was send plastic mail bags in pink...quite simular i know lol.”

“I bought a charger from you and you did not specify the length but on the images it looked like a normal charger. When I receive the charger (5 days later than expected) it was shorter than my thumb I do not recommend anyone to buy from this place”
