“The cable for charging my iPhone is not working well. The cleat that goes into the iPhone is too loose and keeps dropping the contact in the phone and hence not getting the phone charged.”

“Avoid, they sent the first package to the wrong address then ask me to collect it,that wasn't going to happen and they sent a replacement package to the same address, after I have given them my address 5 times, I have given up all hope of every receiving my batteries or every seeing a refund they can't follow simple Instruction.”
