“Never turned up ! ask TradeNRG about this they passed me to Amazon as they were the courier contcted Amazon they passed me back to TradeNRG i can see this is going to be a game of tennis. I therefore have given up as TradeNRG have not got back since I forwarded Amazons email , so guess I'll write it off as a bad experience. Not Happy won't use again.”

“I got faulty goods in my first order so, maybe I shouldn't be too hard on them. They did ask if I wanted a replacement but getting faulty goods in my first order didn't fill me with confidence so I opted for a refund. That came through quicker than the goods, so I must be thankful for that. Return custom is never happening. G'luck 🍀 if you venture, you may need it...”

“As of 29th Jan i have not received my order Tracking says we only update when the item is out for delivery - Its been like that for nine days so far My delivery was made at approximately 11.00am this morning 29th January”

“Terrible Service. I clicked to pay, but got no payent conformation. I then immediately contacted the company to explain that as I had received no payment conformation I wanted any money back. This didnt happen. I would avoid them if I were you.”
