I got faulty goods in my first order so, maybe I shouldn't be too hard on them.
They did ask if I wanted a replacement but getting faulty goods in my first order didn't fill me with confidence so I opted for a refund.
That came through quicker than the goods, so I must be thankful for that.
Return custom is never happening.
