I ordered an i phone cover. It never arrived. I contacted the seller with the order reference & receibved a response asking again for the order reference. i replied & e mailed a copy of the actual order. I recieved a reply saying sorry and asking for an explanation of why I had waited so long to report the matter ( but no refund or indication of when or if it would come). I replied again and have had no response no refund & no product. I would give a -10 rating if I could.
