I placed a very small order, almost embarrassingly small, just watch batteries. Some days after they had not arrived, and I was sent the comment link, and I gave a low rating. I also contacted NRG and they came straight back very apologetic, offering a refund. This was a Saturday. As I am having to self isolate, and cannot go to a shop for the battery, I suggested that we wait until the Monday and see what happens...They arrived! It was just the Covid post being a bit slow.I was so impressed how well NRG handled this, even for a small insignificant order.
