I recently wanted to take out a trial subscription for a new magazine I had never purchased before. £5 for 5 issues. I received an email the following day saying as I had claimed a,similar offer in the past I was no longer eligible for the trial offer bit I could purchase a 6 month subscription for a slightly reduced rate. Surely the whole point of a trial subscription is to see if that magazine is suitable for you, regardless of having claimed another offer in the past. As your magazines cater for a large variety of interests its very poor that you don't allow customers to trail more than one type. Unfortunately you have now lost me as a customer due to this
