I ordered and paid for a Gardner's World December 2020 edition as Unique Magazines had 2 copies left as I had forgotten to buy it. I have been collecting these particular editions for over 25 years as I love the calendar. I was assured my copy would be sent to me, but 10 days later it had not arrived. I called and was told that they had forgotten to place my order, that a manager would be told. I felt very disappointed in the service. I was told my money would be reimbursed the same day and given the telephone of a subscription company who may have a copy. On this occasion not a happy customer!
