My parents never received their magazines after a few week from the order. I tried to call, no answer. Then emailed. I had an answer eventually asking if the magazines had arrived. I replied they hadn’t and it’s been another two weeks and no reply. I would be expecting a refund now. I originally ordered beginning of January. Would not recommend this company.
