Started my subscription in January for a weekly TV magazine. Emails state the magazine is despatched on a Tuesday, but, for the second time in a month, it still has not arrived by Friday. I want it for the weekend viewing - otherwise it's not worth having.
One week it didn't arrive at all (subscription has been extended).
I accept it could be Royal Mail at fault. Would first class post solve this problem? Very disappointed to date.
