I subscribed to Lego Friends magazine for my daughter and every issue arrived promptly. When publication of the magazine stopped we were switched to Lego Disney Princess magazine, but given the option to request a cancellation and refund. We switched and my daughter's happy with the alternative. We're very happy with the Unique Magazines service and though we've not had to contact the Customer Service department yet, reading other reviews - they seem very helpful.
