The service is excellent with an email telling me when my current issue is being posted. If I have a question, I receive an answer the same day usually. The only downside is that my subscription is for Scientific American - imported from the US - and not only is there no saving on the cover price (usually the main benefit of a subscription) it actually costs considerably more than the cover price. Next year, if the mark up is still substantially more than the cover price I will probably forgo the convenience of postal delivery and get my local newsagent, only three miles away, to obtain me a copy.
