I wanted a particular cover option and Ellie emailed back advising me to call to place the order so I'd get the cover option I wanted. I was really pleased when I called and she had put it aside for me, as it was the only copy. Ellie was friendly, helpful and professional, and my magazine arrived a couple of days later.
