I have only had a subscription for a few months, but I had to contact Unique Magazine recently. The response was prompt, very helpful and professional. They are a pleasure to deal with. I will continue my subscription once my current subscription expires because i know that their service is top class. I think that if I lived in the UK or in the same time zone, I would have had a reply to my emails within 2 hours, but I live on the opposite side of the world in a different time zone. But their response has always been there waiting for me the following morning. Really really good service. Thank you.
