When I ordered the subscription as a gift it was not explained that the October edition would not arrive with him until November. I’ve never come across a magazine service before where the October edition was not sent at the end of Sept. The point of subscribing is that you get it before it’s official release. I rang today and basically it’s my fault! Delivery dates are on the website apparently. Not good customer service. They will start with September instead of October now, whereas good customer service would be to send Sept as a gesture and begin the subscription with October edition in November.
