While the audience for the magazine is geared toward a child, the minifigs and other sets are geared toward the collector. Great combination - allows a parent(s) to share the Lego experience with their children. Personally like the simple cartoons & puzzles and absolutely love the offering of highly sought after, quality minifigs. Just wish the magazine was easily accessible "off the self" in the United Stated - thankfully they ship directly.
