I do not have any complain regarding magazine and subscription, but I have one regarding shipping. It’s the second time magazine went missing. Before was Burda magazine.
Suggestion is to revise the way you are shipping and give possibility to choose tracking shipping. I would be glad to pay instead loosing somewhere on a route.
