Hello, I am very dissatisfied! I placed the order, paid, and a few days later learned that the magazines—or rather, the subscription—could not be delivered in English, as described on the website and confirmed in my order confirmation. I have withheld my money, which is fine. Nevertheless, I am very disappointed; the information could have been made available beforehand, and the entire transaction was unnecessary.
