The magazines don't always arrive and there's no indication of how long we have to wait till subscriptions start. I never know whether to buy the magazine from a shop and risk ending up with two copies or wait in the hope that the magazine will arrive from Unique Magazines and risk missing a copy altogether. They also don't reply to messages. On the positive side, they realised when one of my magazines stopped being produced and refunded what I'd already paid, but I can really only give a poor rating when the magazines I've paid for don't always arrive.
