I bought this subscription for my grandson. This should have been a renewal of his original subscription which expired last year but apparently this notification is sent with the magazine so I didn't get it. When I realised this I contacted you and from then on received excellent service however you lost out when a simple email reminder would have been beneficial to everyone.
