I am sincerely hoping that you have refunded £18+ to PayPal in respect of this "purchase"
PayPal paid you the money but your site told me that there was an error with the order. You did not confirm to me by email that an order or payment existed so I was naturally concerned about security.
I therefore immediately cancelled the order with and asked for a refund. I did the same with PayPal.
For you at this late stage to say an order exists is deeply worrying
