We ordered a Crossword puzzle magazine which we order from time to time. When we received the magazine it was the wrong one - the fault of Unique not us! We contacted Unique and told them and they were very apologetic. They told us to keep the magazine we had and as soon as the new edition of the one we had ordered was available they would send it to us. It arrived in the mail today. We were really happy with the service we received from Unique. We actually quite like the magazine they sent to us in error as well as the one we ordered. Very good customer service. Thank you Unique
