Used company for a single issue. Easy to order and pay, and item arrived without a glitch. Ordered a subscription following this. Item not arrive as expected for the child, but is expected in the next day or so. What I did like was the phone was picked up without delay, and I was greeted by name (probably identified from my registered mobile?) and the query resolved cheerfully and happily.
