Ordered a magazine subscription as a Christmas gift for my housemate. I ticked a box to say it was a gift. The website said it would take a few weeks for the first magazine to be sent. So I was really annoyed when the first magazine arrived in the post 3 days later. My housemate got home from work before me and opened the envelope. Christmas surprise completely ruined and now I have nothing to give her on Christmas day. Also, 3 magazines were sent out in the space of 1 week so they were old editions. Not at all happy.
