Ordered the magazine just after it was released and didn’t receive it a week later still and had to email myself to find where it was and it was out of stock. Received no updates on whether I would be refunded still 4 days after this and then received the wrong issue magazine in the post. Emailed again to be told it was a mistake and to send it back myself and then they told me the magazine I originally wanted was back in stock, but I had to ask this myself to know. Extremely poor and disappointing.
