I paid for a subscription to Good Food Magazine for my daughter’s Christmas present in November. The January edition never arrived, so I contacted you and was told that one had definitely been sent out, but must have got lost in the post. Address was checked etc. I now find out that February’s magazine has not been delivered, either! I had to ask as my daughter was too embarrassed to tell me. Some Christmas present! What sort of service is this?
