Bought my husband two issues of cycling weekly as part of his birthday present during the lockdown, the issues have taken a long time to arrive, still waiting for the final one, but that is due to the post not Unique, and to be fair to Unique their MD John sent an email with his personal contact details on asking if there were any problems that needed dealing with. My husband's first magazine arrived in a damaged package, and I was concerned part was missing, I emailed John and received a phone call from him a few hours later! Customer service is amazing, so kind and considerate, would definitely recommend this company as it cares about every one of its customers and today that is very rare to find. Well done Unique, and thankyou.
