I was very happy with the service. I ordered and paid over the phone and Jessica was very helpful.I cannot order and pay on line,so this was ideal for me.it took just a couple of days,despite the mail service being stretched at the moment.I wanted to do the same again,but your phone lines are not available at the moment. I have logged a request with your enquiries team as to when we will be able to order again over the phone and currently await a reply.
