Have been subscribing as gift for Grandaughter for a couple of years.We live in Australia.
Paid in Dec19 then Jul 20 only to find out magazine had not gone to print since May due to Covid .
I can understand their reason but notification would have been good especially when you have my contact email.
I only found this out after making an international phone call.
Maybe your service policy needs to be reveiwed
