Frozen ordered for 12 months 15/11/19 - last issue arrived in July! It was supposed to be a monthly present for my granddaughter. Cubic ordered for 6 months on 28/7/20 - nothing has arrived despite an email on 29/7/20 saying it had been dispatched and when I phoned a couple of weeks later when it hadn't arrived being told it would arrive that week. It didn't and hasn't! What is the point of sending emails if you don't action? Very disappointing service for young people! I have now received an email saying issue 2 has been dispatched - we haven't received issue 1 yet!
