I just love relax with art l look forward to every new issue each month I'll be on no71 soon the pictures in the book are so creative l skip through the book on what ever takes my mood and start to colour and l cannot believe how the pictures come to light and that is my creation your mind is so imaginable and it can help with stress,anxiety too.
