A birthday present for an 89 year old who could not get out
each week for her TV choice has gone totally wrong. First week TV choice arrived half way through the week and since then despite being e mailed of dispatch the magazine has never arrived leaving one not merely disappointed but distressed elderly person. They dispatch using Royal Mail and no one is able to say where the magazine goes missing. Cannot recommend
